RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
By booking with Rockridge Outfitters ("the Company"), the participant acknowledges that outdoor activities including but not limited to hunting, fishing, and wilderness camping involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards. Participation may result in personal injury, property damage, or death.
The participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rockridge Outfitters, its guides, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages.
The participant confirms they are physically fit to participate, have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, and will follow all guide instructions at all times.
Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in forfeiture of your booking.
